SCP-XXXX, with D-11424 visible.

Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX has been surrounded by caution tape, with warnings posted in German, Hungarian, Slovene, Croatian, Polish, and English. Containment is continuing under the pretext that the walkway in that area has suffered structural damage and is unsafe. Coaxial cables, lighting fixtures, and other instruments have been rerouted around the affected space.

The positions of stage director and master technician are occupied by undercover Foundation agents, in order to better facilitate research operations. Mobile Task Force Zeta-ζ (“Stardusters”) will perform other necessary functions, i.e. maintenance and security.

Prolonged observation has confirmed the static nature of the anomaly; further containment procedures are considered unnecessary.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a space measuring 14.59 cubic meters in the upper catwalk of the Akademietheater performance hall (Lisztstrasse, Vienna third district, Austria). All baryonic structures entering this space will be subject to macroscopic indeterminacy; that is to say, within the affected area, probabilities of quantum mechanics are imposed on a macroscopic scale.

SCP-XXXX presents a unique opportunity to study quantum theories and realize thought experiments that were formerly limited to speculation.
